New wedding  food creations from our in house catering team.

This is a list of some of the food cuisines which our chefs are experimenting  with in our kitchen. We are alway seeking new food recipes to present our clients. Bring us an idea and we will create it for you.

Marinated mozzafina with heirloom tomatoes and arugula with cold pressed olive oil and garlic crostini.

Pan seared fillet of halibut with caramelized cauliflower, nugget potato, asparagus, salted grapes in a versus sauce.

Grilled chicken breast with hearts of romaine, crisp iceberg, cherry tomato, bacon, crumbled blue cheese, ripe avocado, egg and lemon dressing.

Mushroom pizza—Shiitake, button, and oyster mushrooms, Caramelized onions and goat cheese.

Calamari with tzatziki and sweet chili sauce and sauce.

Ahi tuna in crispy wanton

Grilled chicken breast with hearts of romaine, crisp iceberg, cherry tomato, bacon, crumbled blue cheese, ripe avocado, egg, lemon dressing,

Shiitake, button and oyster mushrooms caramelized onions and goat cheese.

Seafood salad combo consisting of grilled wild salmon, shrimp, scallops, egg, cucumber, tomato and mustard vinaigrette.

Wild maple salmon roasted on a cedar plank with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Crispy duck breast with celery root puree, baby turnips, heirloom carrots, confit of shallots and date jus.

A bouillabaisse consisting of arctic char, prawns, scallops, saffron infused potato, tomato and lobster broth.

Poached halibut and shrimp mousseline, saffron and curry sauteed  asparagus topped with mango chorizo in vin blanc.

An intriguing  appetizer consisting of caramelized scallops, roasted cauliflower puree, caper and almond gremolata.

Chicken roulade filled with spinach, sundried tomatoes and apprictots.

Jerk chicken with spicy mango topper

Cedar planked wild Pacific salmon with strawberry chili salsa.

The Avenue Banquet Hall is different from other event venues in Toronto because it has its own in house catering team and does not rely on a preferred vendor catering list. Our catering team only does one party per night.  All our efforts and priorities are focused on your event.  This insuresthat your special day is a success. A single event venue with an on site ceremony room is the best option for wedding venues in Toronto.
