New Wedding Food

They do not rely on preferred catering vendors who do more than one event per day. The food at The Avenue is cooked fresh on site on the day of your party. Preferred catering vendors cook the food off site and deliver the food to the event venue. The Avenue is a single event venue and only does one event per day. Their primary focus is on you and your guests.

A listing of some of the menu items the in house catering team is working on.
American caviar and horseradish panna cotta with toasted brioche.
Yellow tomato consommé triangles with diced yellow pepper.
Macarons, not just for dessert anymore. Tuna tartar is sandwiched between a wasabi macaron.
Pot pie grougere with micro sage.
Confit of mixed baby beet, shaved choggia beets, rhubarb gastrique, goat cheese, and candied pistachios.
Pita pocket station to include braised lamb shank, falafel, turmeric grilled cauliflower and crispy chickpeas.
Pink peppercorn crusted filet with beet honey drizzle, fricassee of baby albino beets, brussels sprouts and potatoes, braised red ace greens and smoked beet salt.
Braised short rib with roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled roasted garlic broccolini.

Traditional Mexican Dinner
Starter: mango, avocado salad with cherry tomatoes and mango dressing.
Main Course: Classic chicken mole- whole chicken leg cooked in chocolate sauce. Mexican beef brisket marinated in chipotle and mango.
Sides: Black bean rice and pickled cabbage. Mayan style couscous with stewed Mexican zucchini.
Veggie lover tamale-stuffed corn husk with masa and veggie served with homemade salsa.
Dessert: Mexican flan with pineapple glaze. Spicy chocolate brownie.

The international catering team at The Avenue can design and create food menus to suit your taste and your budget. Kosher catering is also available if requested.
